So its a little snowy outside today. We got about 20 inches of snow when we were only suppose to get 4-6 inches. Gotta love it haha.
Even though snow can be annoying, it is still pretty.
So since I was stuck inside, I wanted to make something special and found this pistachio pudding. How perfect for St Patrick's Day! I would have loved to add whipped cream on top, but I was not going to venture out in the snow hahah.
This recipe was so simple. Make a box of pudding according to the directions on the box. Take a bunch of oreos (or your favorite cookies) and crush them up. Layer the pudding and crushed cookies, and there you go!! One box of pudding made about 3 martini glasses.
